COACH YARD
MODULES
|
 |
The largest yard on the system. The 3 modules that make up the
"Coach Yard" are used for the BN/GN (first 6 tracks) and UP/SP (5 tracks)
interchange yards. Tablerock siding (2nd track from the right) is
located here as well. Cars for the next op session are sorted out
and then taken to Pelican Yard with a few going to Crater Yard. During
our Sunday Open Houses the first 6 tracks (left to right) are cleared of
all freight cars and replaced with passenger trains. |
 |
PLM cedar makes cedar shingles and ships out 2 boxcars per op session.
Additionally, 1 or 2 log cars and a chip hopper are also switched out.
This industry is switched by both the Agate Local as well as the White
City Switcher depending on which way the cars need to go. |

Tablerock Corner module is another one of the older modules of the
club. It has seen better days, but is still usable. Maybe one
day it will be re-built. No industries are on the module. |
